    FAQ

    Demo FAQ

How long is a TeamAssurance demo?

You choose 30 or 45 minutes when you book. Thirty minutes covers the platform and one or two capabilities in depth; forty-five gives time to walk through your own daily management rhythm and questions from several people.

    What does the demo cover?

A tour of the connected platform: tiered daily management on live tier boards, strategy deployment and the goal tree, structured problem solving, and the safety, quality, skills and asset management modules you are interested in. Tell us your priorities and we start there.

    Who should attend?

The people who will run or sponsor daily management: operations and site leaders, continuous improvement or excellence leads, and the quality, safety or maintenance managers whose work would move onto the platform. Mixed groups get the most from it.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to have in mind how your tier meetings run today, which systems hold your safety, quality and maintenance data, and one or two problems you would like to see managed end to end.

    What happens after the demo?

You get a summary of what we covered and answers to any open questions. If it is a fit, the next step is usually a scoped pilot on one site or value stream, planned with your team.
